Problem Possible cause and remedy
1. The built-in calibration sensor does not
come out/stays out.
• Turnoffthemainpower,andthenturnitonagainafew
minuteslater.
2. SelfCalibration cannot be executed. • Checkwhetherthedateandtimearesetcorrectly(see
“Settingmonitordateandtime”(page36)).
• Checkwhetherthemodeisset(see“Setthemodefor
whichSelfCalibrationisexecuted.”(page38)).
• Checkwhetherthecalibrationtargetsaresetcorrectly(see
“SettingAdjustmentTarget”(page39)).
• SettheSelfCalibrationtargetusingColorNavigator.
3. SelfCalibration failure • Refertotheerrorcodetable.Ifanerrorcodethatdoes
notappearintheerrorcodetableisdisplayed,contact
yourlocalEIZOrepresentative.
