• Press the AUTO ADJUST button on the projector cabinet or the AUTO ADJ. button on the remote control. See
page 41.
• Adjust the computer image manually with the “Clock”/“Phase” in “Adjust” → “Image Options”. See page 95.
• Make sure that your USB mouse is properly connected to the projector.
The projector may not support some brands of a USB mouse.
• Check if you meet the requirements listed on page 13.
• Check if you have performed the pen calibration. When using the electronic pen for the first time, you need to
do so. See page 45.
• Make sure that you do not use the electronic pen in the following conditions. See page 18.
- Near a device such as a CRT monitor or a TV set.
- In a room with the ceiling and walls made of metal which is prone to reflect sound waves.
- In a noisy place or a place where loud sounds can be heard
- In direct sunlight or near an inverter fluorescent lamp.
- Near an air conditioner or air blower
• Make sure that you do not use two or more electronic pens at the same time in the same room. See page 18.
• Make sure that you do not use the electronic pens with two or more projectors at the same time in the same
room. See page 18.
• Check if you performed Pincushion correction, Cornerstone correction or Keystone correction. The electronic
pen will not work when you performed Cornerstone correction or Keystone correction. See page 18.
• Check if the battery has run down. If so, replace it with a new battery.
