There is no sound from the
earphones or it is difficult to
hear or noisy.
• Ensure the plug is inserted firmly.
• Wipe the plug clean.
Sound is distorted. • Please lower the microphone sensitivity (

No sound from the speaker. • There is no sound when you have connected earphones.
I hear noises. • Move a mobile telephone away from this unit when you use the two in

The power cannot be turned
on.
• The battery may have run out. When you use a rechargeable battery,
