5. Cleaning the Printhead and
Platen Roller
1.
Open the front panel.
2.
Turn the printhead lever to the left to open the printhead.
3.
Wind the supplies back onto the supply roll.
4.
Remove the ribbon cassette if one is loaded.
WARNING
Turn the power off and unplug the power cord before
cleaning.
CAUTION
DO NOT
use sharp or abrasive materials to clean the
printhead. This can damage the printhead and void your
warranty.
