Emulation Menu Options
The LinePrinter+ emulation is the standard emulation on the printer. IGP/PGL
and IGP/VGL emulations are available as options.
The contents of the emulation menu structure will be created by the printer at
run-time, and, when powered up, the printer will automatically load the default
configuration values. The default set of parameters is the factory setting until a
new setting is saved to nonvolatile memory. Refer to the “Factory Settings”
section on page 3–20
to restore the factory settings after you have created a new
default setting.
NOTE: Each emulation may have a unique set of configuration options in
addition to those that are in the printer system list. Refer to the
appropriate section at the end of this chapter for those settings.
