2. In the
Calendar
screen, click to view the menu. Scroll to
Display Agenda or Display Calendar and click. If you switch to
another view and then exit the
Calendar
screen, that view will
appear the next time you open the function.
Agenda view
This view displays only the days on which you have appointments,
allowing you to see your “agenda”. The appointments appear in
chronological order starting with the earliest appointments at the
top. Each entry in the Agenda view includes the start time and the
subject of the appointment. If you set a reminder for the
appointment, an alarm icon appears beside the subject.
Calendar view
When you first switch to Calendar view, your cursor will be on
today’s date and you can scroll through the days of the month. Days
with appointments will have a small box to the left of the day. For
appointments scheduled before noon, the box is displayed in the
upper left corner. For appointments scheduled after noon, the box is
displayed in the lower left corner.
