Allow Duplicate Names:
Select whether or not you want
to allow more than one entry for the same name. By
default, this option is set to Yes.
4. Scroll to the field that you would like to set, then press the
SPACE
key to scroll through your options. Release the
SPACE
key once you have set the option to your preference.
5. Click the trackwheel to view the menu. Scroll to Save Options
and click.
You return to the
Address Book
screen.
Adding addresses
There are two types of Address Book entries: individual (the New
Address option) and group (the New Group option).
To create an entry for one person
When creating an Address Book entry for one person (even if you
want to add multiple email addresses or fax numbers for that
person), select the New Address option from the menu.
1. In the
Home
screen, scroll to the
ADDRESS BOOK
icon and
click.
2. In the
Address Book
screen, click to view the menu. Scroll to
New Address and click.

You can also open the
Address Book Options
screen from
the
To:
screen
when composing a message.
