Setting message notification
You can customize the way the handheld notifies you when you
receive a message. See page 118 for more information on
notification settings.
1. In the
Home
screen, scroll to the
OPTIONS
icon and click.
2. From the
Device Options
screen, scroll to Notify and click.
Scroll to the field that you would like to set, then press the
SPACE
key to scroll through your options. Release the
SPACE
key once you have set the field to your preference.
3. Click the trackwheel to view the menu. Scroll to Save Options
and click.
You return to the
Device Options
screen.
Using password protection
By setting a password for your handheld, you ensure greater
security against others using the handheld.
