UF55 Projector Powerstates
The UF55 projector responds to commands only at certain power levels and times. There are four projector
powerstates:
•Idle
Powering (startup)
On (operating)
Cooling (idle)
The embedded firmware program coordinates command sequencing and is capable of buffering up to
127 commands. In each powerstate, the commands are buffered until the system can process them. The
? command will list all available commands for the current powerstate.

CAUTION
Do not connect your serial cable directly to the projector’s RS-232 serial interface. The ECP’s
RS-232 serial interface is the only recommended connection point.
