Condition Cause/Remedy
[Cannot find an access point] is
displayed.
This unit is not connected to the network. See the cause/remedy of “[A
connection error occurred] is displayed.” in “Connecting to Wireless
Network” (page 67).
[The connection test failed.
Unable to log on to a server] is
displayed.
The server setting may not be correct. Check the setting.
This unit may not be connected to the network. See the cause/remedy
of “[A connection error occurred] is displayed.” in “Connecting to
Wireless Network” (page 67).
This unit may not be connected properly to the server. Perform the
connection test.
Display the server list in [ Photos] or [ Music], and select the
Web service to test, and then press OPTIONS.
Select [Connection test] in the Options menu, and press
(ENTER).
The connection test starts. Follow the on-screen instructions if
connection fails.
Options
Condition Cause/Remedy
[Upload] is not displayed in the
Options menu.
[Upload] is displayed only when browsing the external memory. Only
photos stored in the external memory can be uploaded to the Web
service on the Internet.
[Delete photos] is not
displayed in the Options
menu.
[Delete photos] is displayed only when browsing the internal memory.
Only photos stored in the internal memory can be deleted.
[Upload failed] is displayed.
[Copy process failed] is
displayed.
This unit may not be properly connected to a memory or server.
Perform the connection test.
Display the server list in [ Photos] or [ Music], and select the
memory or server to test, and then press OPTIONS.
Select [Connection test] in the Options menu, and press
(ENTER).
The connection test starts. Follow the on-screen instructions if the
connection fails.
