Bluetoothfault.Anyofthesecomponentsmaybedamaged.Todetermineifthecomputer’s
Bluetoothisfunctioningproperly,performthefollowingprocedures.Figure2-16outlinesthe

DisassemblethecomputerfollowingthestepsdescribedinChapter4,Replacement
Procedures,andperformthefollowingchecks.
Check1 MakesuretheBluetoothcableissecurelyslottedintothesystemboard.Ifthe
problempersists,gotoCheck2.
Check2 CheckthewirelesscommunicationfunctionisenabledbyBIOSsetuporFN+F8,
thenmakesurethatthecommunicationLEDontheleftpanelislit.Iftheproblem
persists,oriftheBluetoothcommunicationLEDisnotlitwhenthewireless
communicationfunctionisenabledbyBIOSsetuporFN+F8to“On”,goto
Check3.
