Note: Be sure to set SQUELCH before you begin a search. See "Setting
the Squelch" on page 8.

1. Select a frequency range.

Example: 810.000 MHz to 856.000 MHz
2. Press I MANUAL).
3. Enter the frequency and press
~to enter the lower limit
of the search range.
Example: 810.000 MHz
NFM 456.0000MHz
NFM 810.0000MHz
4. Enter the frequency and press
~ to enter the upper limit
of the search range.
Example: 856.000 MHz
NFM 810.0000MHz
NFM 856.0000MHz
