Using Priority Scan
You can programone Priority Channel in each of the first 10 banks.
During Priority Scanning, your scanner checks these special channels
every two seconds, whether or not the scanner has locatedan active
channel.
Use these keys:

Mode or Manual Mode.

The scanner is pre-programmedwith the first channel of each bank as a
priority channel. However,you can changethe prioritychannel to be any
other channel within the bank.
1. Press IMANUAL).
2. Select the new priority channel.
Example: Press ~ ' then
IMANUAL) .
OR
Use the RotaryTuner.
3. Press and hold ( PAl ) for two
seconds. You hear a beep.
