Xerox QLS-8100XE Printer User Manual

4-4 Keypad controls and menus
Menu Overview
The following list outlines all of the menus that are accessible via the user
interface. Some menus, as noted, are only accessible when the printer has
been paused using the PRINT/PAUSE key. Some menus, like the Cutter
menus, are only available when a specific option is enabled or in use.
The menus are organized in two levels. Top-level menus include Adjust, Cal
& Setup, Operation, Ribbon, Communications, System, and Options. By
choosing a top-level menu and pressing the SELECT key, you can scroll
though functions related to the top-level menu. Pressing the SELECT key
twice returns you to the top-level menu.
Note: For a detailed illustration of the printer menu structure, refer to
Appendix G: Menu structure.
