Using the HDD PortaCruiser
Dual Disk RAID Controller (USB) Mode
Main Menu: Change RAID Mode Option
This function allows you to choose the RAID mode for the Dual Disk RAID
Controller.
Use the arrow buttons (1. or) to select “Change RAID Mode”. The
following screen will be displayed.
Press 2. ENT to select. The system will prompt you to choose the desired
mode.
Use the arrow buttons (3. ) to select between Normal, JBOD, RAID0,
and RAID1, and press ENT to select.
Changing to Normal Mode
The system will prompt you to conrm that you wish to change 4.
modes.
Use the arrow buttons (5. or) to select “Yes” and press ENT
to select. The system will then prompt you to conrm that you
understand data may be lost.
