3 Locate the Battery Reconditioning icon (in the Utilities folder on your hard disk) and
double-click to open it.
A message appears on the screen describing battery reconditioning. If you
don’t have your PowerBook plugged in, a message appears telling you to plug
it in.
4 Read the message on the screen and click OK.
The following appears:
5Click Recondition if it has been more than 30 days since the last time you reconditioned
the battery.
If 30 days have not passed since the last time you reconditioned, the following
appears on the screen:
Click Quit to exit the Battery Reconditioning program.
