suggestthattoprotectyourhearing:
 Limittheamountoftimeyouuseearbudsorheadphonesathighvolume.
 Avoidturningupthevolumetoblockoutnoisysurroundings.
 Turnthevolumedownifyoucan’thearpeoplespeakingnearyou.
