3 Open the top cover.
The carrier moves to the center of the printer. The resume light flashes.
4 Remove the black ink cartridge.
5Put the black ink cartridge in the storage case.
To pop the cartridge loose,
pull its top toward you.
Then lift it out of the carrier.
