To reply just to the sender of the message, tap Reply, compose your response in the window that opens, and tap
Send.
To reply to the sender as well as to everyone else who received the message, tap Reply All, compose your response in
the window that opens, and tap Send.
To forward a message to someone else, tap the forward button, compose an introduction to the message being
forwarded, and tap Send.
Moving Messages into Folders in Your Email Account
If you have created mail folders in your email account, you can move a message into one of those folders after you
have read it.
To select a folder, tap the Move To button at the bottom of the screen. A menu pops open, listing the folders available
in your account. Tap on the name of the folder into which you want to move the message.
Deleting Messages
You can delete a message while reading it or while viewing the list of messages in your Inbox.
Deleting the Current Message
To delete a message while reading it, tap the Delete button at the bottom of the screen.
Your NOOK deletes the message right away.
Deleting One or More Messages in the Inbox
To delete one or more messages listed in the inbox, do this:
1. Tap on the checkbox next to the name of each message you want to delete.
2. Tap the trash can icon in the upper right corner of the screen to delete all messages you have selected.
Searching Email
You can search email messages for a keyword or phrase. The Email search tool searches through the names of send-
ers and recipients. It also searches message titles and email messages themselves.
To search email messages for a keyword or phrase, do this:
1. In the Accounts view window or an Inbox window, tap in the Search field at the bottom of the screen.
2. A keyboard appears on the screen.
3. Type the word or words you want to search for.
4. Tap the Search button in the lower right corner of the screen.
Your NOOK opens a window listing the email messages that match your search query.
5. Tap the message that you want to open.
