LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

his Bell’O International, Corp. (“Bell’O” or “we”)mounting product SKU # 7640 (“Product”)is warranted for the life
of the Product only to the original purchaser and limited to theoriginal installation (“Warranty”).
Re-installation of the Product in adifferent location or with adifferent monitor or peripheralvoids this Warranty.
This Warrantyis only valid in theUnited States of America and Canada. For customers outside the United States and
Canada, please contact your country'sdistributor for country specific warranty information.
We warrantto the original purchaser that the Product and all parts and components thereof arefree of defects in
material and workmanship. “Defects”, as used in this Warranty, is defined as any imperfections thatimpair the use of
the Product.
Our Warrantyis expressly limited to replacement of mount parts and components. Bell’Owill replace any part listed on
the enclosed mountparts sheet that is defective in material or workmanship only tothe original owner within the
limitations stated herein.
This Warrantyapplies only under conditions ofnormal use. The Product is not intended foroutdoor use. This
Warranty doesnot cover: 1) defects caused by improper installation ordisassembly; 2) defects caused byshipping
(claims for damage during transit to you should be made immediately byyou directly to the transportation company);
3) defects occurring after purchasedue to modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence,
natural disaster,abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification or
exposure to the elements; 4)cosmetic damage and 5) labor or assembly costs.
This Warrantydoes not apply if theProduct has been repackaged or resoldas second-hand.
There are no warranties, expressor implied, including without limitation merchantability orfitness for particular use,
except as (i)contained herein or (ii) required by applicable law in the statewhose law governs. The substantive and
procedural law ofthe State of New Jersey shall govern this Warranty, absent controlling law imposing the lawof
another state in lieu thereofas governing law.New Jersey Superior Court orthe United States District Court for the
District of NewJersey, as appropriate, shall retain exclusive jurisdiction over enforcement of thisWarranty andall
subject matter hereof.All warranties of whatsoever derivation shall belimited to the terms setforth herein, unless
otherwise required byapplicable law.
You shall not rely on manufacturers’, employees’ orrepresentatives’ statements, whether oralor written, which neither
modify this Warranty nor arethey part of either your purchase contract or this Warranty.
Except as provided herein, Bell’Ohas no liability or responsibility to you or anyother person or entity withrespect to
any liability, loss or damage causeddirectly or indirectly byuse of the Product, including, but not limitedto, any
incidental or consequential damages. Somestates do not allow limitation on howlong an implied warranty canlast or
the exclusion orlimitation of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, the above limitations andexclusion may
not apply toyou.
This Warrantycovers only repair or replacement for thismount as stated above.
This Warrantygives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state tostate.
Please note: You are responsible to inspect your mount thoroughly for missing ordefective parts immediately after openingthe
box. To receive replacement or missing part(s) under this Warranty, visitour website at www.bello.com orcall our Customer
Service Department at1-888-235-7646. Please have the model number,date code, part number(s) andyour sales receipt or
other proof ofpurchase available for reference. Bell’Owill ship you any necessary replacement partsin the United States or
Canada at ourexpense.
