Youcanskiptoaparticularpageusingthe“Goto”optioninthe“View”menuorthetoolbar.

•Forprinterswithbuilt-inharddisks,youcanviewupto500printjobsperprinter.
•Forprinterswithoutbuilt-inharddisks,youcanviewupto32printjobsperprinter.However,only10
jobscanbedisplayediftheprinterisswitchedoff.
“RegularlyAcquiredJobs”
Thisshowsalistofregularlyacquiredprintjobs.
Toviewallthejobsinasetperiod,specifytheperiodusing“Period”andthen“StartingDate”(or“Starting
DayofWeek”or“StartingMonth”)inthe“View”menuorthetoolbar.
Forexample,toviewmonthlyjoblogsstartingonthe1stofeachmonth,set“Period”to“Monthly”andset
“StartingDate”to“1”.

•Upto10,000regularlyacquiredjobsaredisplayedforeachprinter.
ExportingPrintJobDataasaCSVFile
YoucanexportthecollectedprintjobdataintheformofaCSVlebyselecting“ExportJobCostData”inthe
“File”menu.
