Selecting from Favorites
You can easily send faxes to a destination registered in Favorites. You can send faxes to
multiple destinations at once, if a group is registered in Favorites.

Place your documents (→p.18).

Switch to the Fax mode (→p.15), and then press [ ].

Press [◄] or [►] to highlight < >.

Press [▲] or [
▼
] to highlight the destination, and then press [OK].

Adjust the image quality of the documents as needed (→p.52).

Press [ ] (B&W).
Selecting with Coded Dial
You can easily send faxes to a destination registered in Coded Dial. You can send faxes to
multiple destinations at once, if a group is registered in Coded Dial.

Place your documents (→p.18).

Switch to the Fax mode (→p.15), and then press [ ] (Coded Dial).

Enter the three-digit registration number (001 to 181) with the numeric
keys.
•
The destination number registered in Coded Dial is displayed. If you accidentally
select an incorrect destination, press [ ] and then enter another dial code.
• When <Coded Dial TX Conrmation> is set to <On>, a screen is displayed that
shows the destination details. Conrm the details, press [▲] or [▼] to highlight
<OK> and press [OK].

Adjust the image quality of the documents as needed (→p.52).

Press [ ] (B&W).
Selecting from Group Dial
Specify destinations in Group Dial that have been registered in Favorites or Coded Dial.
