Verifying the SNMP Configuration
To verify that the HPOV daemons are running and the SNMP configuration is correct, follow these
steps:
Step 1
Start HPOV from the command line by entering the
ovw&
command from the /opt/OV/bin directory:
aurora:/opt/OV/bin ->ovw&
[1] 5079
Step 2
Verify that all the HPOV daemons are running by entering the
ovstatus
command from the root
directory:
aurora:/ ->ovstatus
