4. Using the enclosed cross-head screwdriver, remove the screw
that secures the rear cover to the back of the printer. Then
lift the cover straight up from the printer, being careful to
remove the tab at the left side of the cover from the slot on
the printer.
Note:
Store the rear cover and screw in a safe place; you will need them
if you remove the cut-sheet feeder.
5. Close the sprocket covers if they are open, and lock the
sprocket units by pushing down the lock levers if necessary.
Note:
You do not need to remove your continuous paper from the
tractor to use the cut-sheet feeder. For information on switching
between the cut-sheet feeder and continuous paper, see page 6-10.
6. Set the paper release lever to the single-sheet position.
