Troubleshooting

LOW POWER LED
lights up
Large power-consuming keyboards or
mice are connected.
Connect the special AC adapter.
Keyboard and mouse are connected in
reverse.
Correct the connection.
Cannot get out of Hot Key Mode Press the [Enter] or [ESC] key
Wrong monitor and keyboard/mouse
port Nos.
Match the port Nos.
Connection/cable is defective Confirm the connector connection.
Replace with a different cable. If this
solves the problem, replace with a
new cable.
KB, Mouse is inoperable
