Change the Onboard Administrator (OA) Password
To change the OA password:
1. Login to the OA. (You can use the Launch OA URL action on the processor blade from the
OSM Service Connection.)
2. Click the + (plus sign) in front of the Enclosure information on the left.
3. Click the + (plus sign) in front of Users/Authentication.
4. Click Local Users and all users are displayed on the right side.
5. Select Administrator and click Edit.
6. Enter the new password, then confirm it again. Click update user.
7. Keep track of your OA password.
8. Change the password for each OA.
Change the CLIM iLO Password
To change the CLIM iLO password:
1. In OSM, right click on the CLIM and select Actions.
2. In the next screen, in the Available Actions drop-down window, select Invoke iLO
and click Perform Action.
3. Select the Administration tab.
4. Select User Administration.
5. Select Admin local user.
6. Select View/Modify.
7. Change the password.
8. Click Save User Information.
9. Keep track of your CLIM iLO password.
10. Change the iLO password for each CLIM.
Change the Maintenance Interface (Eth0) Password
To change the maintenance interface (eth0) password:
