LCD Monitor Quality and Pixel Policy
Your Hewlett-Packard TFT monitor uses high precision technology,
manufactured according to HP standards, to guarantee trouble-free
personal computing.
Nevertheless, your monitor may have cosmetic imperfections which
could appear as small bright or dark spots. This is common to all TFT
monitors used in products supplied by all vendors and is not specific
to the HP D5069 Series monitor.
Please refer to the HP electronic services for more and detailed
information on the pixel policy for the HP D5069 Series monitor.
HP expects that, over time, the industry will continue to improve
their ability to produce monitors with fewer cosmetic imperfections
and will adjust the HP guidelines as improvements are made.
