Viewing the Tips and Troubleshooting File
If you are experiencing a specific problem with your Pavilion Notebook, review the Tips
and Troubleshooting file located on the Web site. To view the Tips and Troubleshooting
file:
1.
Go to the www.hp.com/notebooksWeb site.
2.
Click Pavilion Notebook PCs.
3.
Click the Technical Support button.
4.
Choose the Pavilion N3100 Series.
5.
Select your Pavilion Notebook model.
6.
Click Manuals.
7.
Locate the Tips and Troubleshooting manual, and then do one of the following:
To open the file in a browser window, click the guide name.
-or-
To save the file to disk, right-click the guide name and choose Save Target As.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
