CONF_TOS VLAN Tag priority comes from
ToS to 802.1p mapping table (see
Table 2-3). The ToS value used is
TOS.

IP_HEADER (default) IP header ToS value is
undisturbed.
CONF_TOS IP header ToS value is
overwritten with TOS
ETHER_HEADER IP header ToS value is
overwritten with a value from the
802.1p to ToS mapping table (see
Table 2-3). The 802.1p value used
comes from the VLAN tag of the
inbound frame.
CONF_PRI IP header ToS value is
overwritten with a value from the
802.1p to ToS mapping table (see
Table 2-3). The 802.1p value used
is PRI.
