Cool down mode
The cool down mode is a function that cools down the
lamp for an interval of about 180 seconds after
projection ends (ending process).
This function is to prevent deformation and damage of
the internal components of the projector due to heat
from the overheated lamp. It also prevents lamp
breakage and shortened lamp life.
When the projector is in the cool down mode, the
[STANDBY/ON] indicator appears blinking in red.
Do not shut down the main power supply or unplug
the power cord when in the cool down mode. Also,
do not block the air inlets and vent holes. Doing so
may shorten the lamp life and cause a malfunction.
