The indicator in the ThinkPad logo and the indicator in the center of the power button show the system
status of the computer.
• Blinks for three times: The computer is initially connected to power.
• On: The computer is on (in normal mode).
• Blinks fast: The computer is entering sleep or hibernation mode.
• Blinks slowly: The computer is in sleep mode.
• Off: The computer is off or in hibernation mode.

Machine type and model information
The machine type and model label identies your computer. When you contact Lenovo for help, the machine
type and model information helps support technicians to identify your computer and provide faster service.
The following gure shows the location of the machine type and model of your computer:
FCC ID and IC Certication information
There is no FCC ID or IC Certication number for the wireless communication cards shown on the enclosure
of the computer. On some models, Lenovo provides you the information about the location of the FCC ID
and IC Certication number label on the computer back cover assembly.
