Loading the 250-sheet tray
Follow these instructions to load paper in the 250-sheet tray.
1 Remove the 250-sheet tray.
Note: To load legal- or folio-size paper, extend the length of the tray. See Extending the tray for legal- or
folio-size paper on page 52 for instructions.
2 Prepare a paper stack for loading by flexing and fanning it back and forth. Straighten the edges on a level surface.
