2. Specify the settings for the log:
• Log. Enable or disable the log.
• Log Level. Specify the type of information logged:
– Emergency
–Alert
– Critical
– Error
–Warning
–Notice
– Informational
– Debugging
• Display Level. Specify the type of logged messages that are displayed. The selections are
the same as the ones listed under Log Level above.
• Mode. Local, Remote, or Both Local and Remote.
3. Click Apply so that your changes take effect.
To view the system log, select System Log in the Maintenance section of the main menu, and then
click View System Log.
