Polling a Confidential Document from a Remote Station’s Mailbox
After you have been informed that someone has transmitted a confidential document to a remote station’s
mailbox, you can poll the confidential document from the remote station in the following way.

Dial by any one of the following methods:
• One-Touch Dialling
• Abbreviated Dialling
• Manual Number Dialling
• Directory Search Dialling
