call centre is available. Our employees are trained experts who would be hap-

We can assist your more quickly if you do not call us from the machine, rather
an external telephone. Keep a printout of the settings as well as the serial
number of the machine handy. The serial number can be found on the type
plate.

Should problems with the PC connection arise, have the following information
to hand when you contact technical customer services: hardware configuration
of your computer, operating system installed and security programmes used
(anti-virus programmes, firewall). Then we can help you more quickly.
