Removing RRC From the Browser Cache
To remove RRC from your browser cache for any reason, follow the standard procedure as proscribed by
your web browser software.
Directions for Internet Explorer v6.0:
1. If you have used RRC recently, exit and restart Internet Explorer.
2. On the Internet Explorer menu bar, select Tools → Internet Options.
3. When the Internet Options dialog box appears, click on the Settings tab.
4. When the Settings screen appears, click View Objects.
5. Internet Explorer will display a list of cached program objects. Select any entries named “TeleControl
Class,” “Raritan Console,” or “Power Board” and delete them.
