reconfigure their Dominion KX default administrative username and
password of (admin/raritan [all lower case]) as soon as the unit is
connected to the network.

can you retrieve it for me?
For the highest level of security, literally nobody can retrieve lost
administrative passwords. Contact your regional Raritan technical support
department for instructions on how to completely reset your unit to
factory default settings.
