Error: Splash Screen is Frozen
The splash screen of the Sprint Connection Manager software is
frozen.
Error: Not in Service
The Sprint Connection Manager software interface displays the
message, “Not in Service.”
Possible Causes Suggestions
You may have a resource conflict. Restart your computer. If you are
unable to resolve this problem by
restarting your computer, see
“Resolving Resource Conflicts” on
page 69.
Possible Causes Suggestions
Inadequate signal strength may
occur for either of these reasons:
a. You are outside the network.
b. You may be inside a building or
near a structure that is causing
radio interference.

network coverage area.
