TopAccess Device Tab Page
When TopAccess opens, the Device tab page is displayed. (The Device tab page is also dis-
played when you click the Device tab.)
On this page, the following device information is included:
1) REFRESH icon
Refreshes the information on the page.
2) Device Information
The Device Information list shows the following information:
- Status — Displays the device status.
- Name — Displays the name of this equipment.
- Location — Displays the equipment’s location.
- Copier Model— Displays the model name of this equipment.
- Contact Information — Displays the contact name of the person responsible for manag-
ing this equipment.
- Phone Number — Displays the phone number of the person responsible for managing
this equipment.
- Message — Displays the administrative message.
- Alerts — Displays the alert message. Errors are shown in red and warnings are shown in
yellow.
3) Paper
The Paper list shows the drawer status.
- Drawer — Lists the installed drawers.
- Size — Displays the paper size set in each drawer.
- Type — Displays the paper type set in each drawer.
- Capacity — Displays the maximum paper capacity that can be set in each drawer.
- Status — Displays the paper consumption status in each drawer.
Set the paper size in the drawer on the control panel of the equipment. It cannot be set on
TopAccess. See the Operator's Manual for Copying Functions for details.
