Installing the Battery Pack
To install the battery pack in the 2
nd
module bay, follow the steps below and refer to the
figure in the preceding section.
WARNING: The battery is a lithium ion battery and can explode if not properly replaced,
used, handled or disposed of. Use only batteries recommended by Toshiba as replacements.
1. Slide the battery pack into the 2
nd
module bay. The 2
nd
module bay latch will click
automatically and secure the battery pack in position.
2. Engage the 2
nd
module bay lock.
