Paper Mismatch Jam
Follow the procedure below to clear a paper jam when
the Control Panel displays the message:
Paper Size Jam-
Open Rear Cover
1
Change the loaded paper to the correct size.

Open the rear cover (1).
3
Remove the jammed paper.
4
Close the rear cover.

If the problem paper was in the MBF or the Envelope
Feeder, check that the corresponding menus are set to the
size loaded.
