SENDING A FAX
Preparing Documents for Faxing
You can fax documents that are printed on
standard letter, legal or A4 size paper. Follow
these guidelines to prepare your documents.
• Remove all staples and paper clips before
inserting the documents into the
machine.
• Make sure any glue, ink or correction
fluid on the paper is completely dry
before loading the document.
• Do not load multiple documents
containing different sizes or weights of
paper.
