Back side
The back side of SCSI backplane faces the
rear panel when installed. This side includes
the power connectors, SCSI interfaces for
the motherboard SCSI connector or the
SCSI/RAID card and terminator, an HDD fan
connector, and SMBus connectors.
• the upper SCSI interface of the backplane connects to the motherboard SCSI
connector or the SCSI/RAID card
• a SCSI multi-mode terminator (LVD/SE) is connected to the lower SCSI
interface of the backplane
