5.9 Memory Expansion Board
1. Prepare the notebook for disassembly. Refer to Section 5.3.
2. Release the keyboard (Section 5.8).
3. Spread the retaining tabs 1 that secure the memory
expansion board to the socket. The free end of the board rises.
4. Pull the board away from the socket at a 45-degree angle 2.
Removing a Memory Expansion Board
Reverse the above procedure to install a memory expansion
board.
