Passwords Function
Administrator password ■ Protects access to the Setup Utility.
■ After it is set, this password must be
entered each time you access the
Setup Utility.

If you forget the administrator
password, you cannot access the
Setup Utility.
Power-on password ■ Protects access to the computer
contents.
■ After this password is set, it must be
entered each time the computer is
turned on, restarted, or restored from
hibernation.
