On battery Prepare for UPS shutdown.
Load is greater than
105%, and the manual
Bypass switch is turned
to Bypass position.
Check manual Bypass
switch on back of UPS. Turn
to Normal position. Reduce
load.
Ambient over-
temperature
Check air intake is not
blocked and ambient room
temperature is correct. If the
problem still exists, contact
an authorized service
provider.
Button is still being held
after action is
completed.
Let go of button. Make sure
the button travels freely, or
is not lodged.
The UPS performs a
self-test and detects a
memory location error.
Turn off the UPS and call an
authorized service provider.
Site-wiring fault. (Only
if the site-wiring is
enabled.)
Use the Front Panel controls
and LCD display to examine
information on the warning.
If necessary, contact a
licensed electrician to check
input wiring, or contact an
authorized service provider.
A self-test fails,
indicated on the LCD
display
Shut off Mains, wait until
UPS shuts down, then turn
breaker back ON and test
again. If self-test fails again,
contact an authorized
service provider.
