These numbers are located on the back of your computer. Should you ever need to call CTL
Technical Services, you must have this number readily available so that diagnostic information
about your computer can be pulled up.
If You Have Problems
Your system left our facilities in perfect working order. All components have been burned in and
tested. Although unlikely, it is possible for connectors to come lose or for components to become
damaged in shipment. Please contact CTL if you believe your system has been damaged during
shipment.

Step 1: Read this manual and complete the troubleshooting procedures starting on page
31.

to check for information and/or updated device

Step 3: Fill out an Issue Resolution Request form at www.ctlcorp.com/tech

receive your Issue Resolution Request Form, a technician who will work with you
to resolve your problem will promptly contact you. If you do not have Internet
