General
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate upon the conditions set forth
above or if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you agree that the
Software and accompanying materials, and all copies thereof, will be destroyed. This agreement
is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Each provision of this agreement is severable.
If a provision is found to be unenforceable, this finding does not affect the enforceability of
the remaining provisions, terms, or conditions of this agreement. This agreement is binding
on successors and assigns. Dell agrees and you agree to waive, to the maximum extent
permitted by law, any right to a jury trial with respect to the Software or this agreement.
Because this waiver may not be effective in some jurisdictions, this waiver may not apply to you.
You acknowledge that you have read this agreement, that you understand it, that you agree to
be bound by its terms, and that this is the complete and exclusive statement of the
agreement between you and Dell regarding the Software.
Regulatory Notices
Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) is any signal or emission, radiated in free space or
conducted along power or signal leads, that endangers the functioning of a radio navigation
or other safety service or seriously degrades, obstructs, or repeatedly interrupts a licensed
radio communications service. Radio communications services include but are not limited to
AM/FM commercial broadcast, television, cellular services, radar, air-traffic control, pager,
and Personal Communication Services (PCS). These licensed services, along with
unintentional radiators such as digital devices, including computers, contribute to the
electromagnetic environment.
Electromagnetic Compatibility is the ability of items of electronic equipment to function
properly together in the electronic environment. While this computer has been designed and
determined to be compliant with regulatory agency limits for EMI, there is no guarantee that
interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause
interference with radio communications services, which can be determined by turning the
equipment off and on, you are encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of
the following measures:
• Reorient the receiving antenna.
• Relocate the computer with respect to the receiver.
• Move the computer away from the receiver.
• Plug the computer into a different outlet so that the computer and the receiver are on
different branch circuits.
If necessary, consult a Dell Technical Support representative or an experienced
radio/television technician for additional suggestions.
