36 Solving Problems
Waste ink pad in the printer
is saturated.
Parts inside the RX595 Series are at the end of their
service life. Contact Epson for help (see page 39).
Cannot recognize ink
cartridges.
Press
OK and make sure the cartridges are installed
correctly (see page 32).
Data error. The document
cannot be printed.
The RX595 Series cannot print from the connected
camera or other device due to a problem with the
device. Check your device for the problem.
Data error. The document
may not be printed correctly.
A photo you’re printing from a connected camera or
other device has a problem. Check your device and
the photo you’re trying to print.
Cannot recognize the
memory card or disc.
The memory card is not inserted correctly (see
page 16) or there is a problem with the card.
Remove it and check the card.
Cannot recognize the device. The memory card is not inserted correctly (see
page 16), or another device is not connected
correctly, or there is a problem with the card or
media in the device. Remove the card or device and
check it.
Cannot create a folder on the
memory card or disc.
Operation canceled.
Insert a new memory card (see page 16) or another
storage medium (see the User’s Guide) and try
again.
The document is too
complex to print with
Bluetooth.
Check your Bluetooth device documentation.
Backup Error
Error Code xxxxx
Backup was cancelled due to a backup problem (see
the User’s Guide). Note the error code and contact
Epson for help (see page 39).
A problem occurred while
formatting.
Try formatting or saving again. If the error recurs,
there may be a problem with your memory card or
storage medium. Check the card or other media and
try again.
