• Before installing software on a Windows computer, make sure that all other programs in the Task
Manager are closed.
• If the computer does not recognize the path that you type to the CD, make sure you are specifying the
correct drive letter on the computer.
• If the computer cannot recognize the CD in the CD drive, inspect the CD for damage. You can
